Custom-made suspended platforms for the industry

FIXATOR designs custom-made suspended platforms, adapted to industrial specifications, to make access to large industrial heights secure and perfectly adapted to constraints of work sites. Thus, FIXATOR has designed platforms on rails for the inspection of weir installations, inspection platforms for cooling towers of power plants with searchlights, vertical and horizontal travel, platforms with guidance on concave chimneys, etc. For projects requiring specific products, FIXATOR has 3 Research and Development centres that devise and design products that are most adapted to industrial specifications.

Traction hoist (sewage lines)

This traction hoist is installed on a frame enabling the movement of equipment. This assembly, with wire-rope winder and speed regulator, is used for the traction of components in the sewage lines, electrical ducts, etc.

Hoists for auditorium

FIXATOR has specially designed and manufactured 18 slotted drum hoists with 4 wire-ropes to raise/lower 18 light fittings at the new theatre in Angers. The hoist, with a lifting capacity of 180kg, is placed in the false ceiling, and pulls 4 wire-ropes connected to the light fitting. This system ensures the permanent horizontal position of the lighting.
