Electrical cabinet without mercury: GYROSTOP ® electronic tilt sensor
PRINCIPLE:
The rise and fall of a suspended platform is provided by electric hoists located at each end. Sometimes the horizontality of the platform bodies is not perfect. GYROSTOP ® is designed to monitor and automatically correct these phenomena tilt.
GYROSTOP ®, electronic tilt sensor, is integrated into single phase electrical boxes 3750 M and 3750 ME and three phase electrical cabinets 3750 T et 3750 TE.
GYROSTOP ® is an electronic module that comes in place of mercury bulbs.
OPERATION:
- Beyond + / - 6 ° tilt: GYROSTOP ® shuts down the power supply of the leading hoist in order to reposition the platform horizontally suspended.
- Beyond + / - 10 ° tilt: GYROSTOP ® shuts down the power supply of both hoists. The movement of the suspended platform is automatically stopped. An annual intervention allows the operator to correct the tilt.
- Beyond + / - 20 ° tilt: GYROSTOP ® automatically shuts down the power supply of both hoists. The movement of the suspended platform is stopped and GYROSTOP ® acts as anti-rollover.
