Suspended platform for the maintenance of wind turbines
Our engineers from the Research and Development department assist each customer in the development of specifications, and propose different solutions for the maintenance, cleaning and servicing of wind turbines. FIXATOR® is thus capable of proposing different access solutions for wind turbines.
Whatever the specifications of wind turbines, FIXATOR® designs and manufactures light suspended platforms that do not deteriorate over time. The lifting hoists used for access to wind turbines are passing wire-rope hoists (unrestricted working height), associated with fall-prevention devices.
Each suspended platform for wind turbine complies with the EN 1808 standard and is CE certified by a notified body.
The advantages of suspended platforms for maintenance, cleaning and servicing of wind turbines are many, in terms of safety as well as in terms of effectiveness.
