FIXATOR launches its solutions for accessing wind turbine blades and towers!

For decades, FIXATOR has been designing and manufacturing height access solutions for all kinds of buildings. Today, wind turbine maintenance compagnies can also benefit from this experience and know-how !

Indeed, FIXATOR now offers 3 solutions to access wind turbines blades and masts.

These solutions are concepts that are used to manufacture custom-made suspended platforms, according to the shape and height of wind turbines. For every product, FIXATOR studies your project and adapts one of the three solutions to your requirement.

 

 

 

SPECIFICATIONS

All suspended platforms for wind turbines are equiped with FIXATOR's winches, fall prevention systems and wire-ropes.

2 electric hoists for personnel lifting e.lift 800 :

  • EN 1808 compliance

2 fall prevention systems SECURISTOP 800 :

Slotted drum winches with 4 wire-ropes!

FIXATOR has specially designed and manufactured 18 slotted drum winches with 4 wire-ropes to raise/lower 18 light fittings at the new theatre in Angers. The winch, with a lifting capacity of 180kg, is placed in the false ceiling, and pulls 4 wire-ropes connected to the light fitting. This system ensures the permanent horizontal position of the lighting.
